Important Pool Information

The Nezperce Swimming Pool will be open to the public starting Monday, June 6th.

State regulations and national Red Cross rules require that information must be on file for all swimmers when they use the Nezperce Swimming Pool. This information must be on file BEFORE they use the pool. Please complete this information form for the files prior to your child swimming at the pool. We suggest that it be completed and turned in when the ticket fee is turned in at the pool.

The forms are an important part of our required information file concerning your child, grandchild, or guest. For example, if your child is injured, the information on the form is required by physicians if medical treatment is necessary. We will try to contact you personally if an accident occurs, but if you are not available and treatment is necessary, the information on the form is required by state law.

The lifeguards at the pool will not accept payment for a swimmer’s admission unless this information for minor children is on file. Our insurance is not valid without this information and we would be violating the law if we did not follow the regulation. Please understand our position and help us to make the summer swimming season a pleasant and successful one for all concerned.
